    Error 121010


    I am playing the "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" on my Apple IPhone 7 256 gigabyte regular size phone. I am signed into an account on the game.

    When I start up the game I always receive the Xbox live Error message coded 121010. "There was a problem saving your data to the cloud"

    There is no trouble shooting solution anywhere on the internet for this error code. I am going to assume my error code is one of a kind. I followed the link on the error but the code is not listed with other known error codes.

    Could a technician look into this code to see how I could fix this?

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Error Code 121010

    This reply from M3tal Daz3 is the only thing that comes up when I search for what to do about MS Solitaire Collection Error Code 121010, however, is does NOT address 121010 at all.

    It's also with Solitaire. I got error code 121010 and 121003 and I don't know what that mean.

    Has this issue been resolved yet? I'm receiving the same error and haven't been able to find a solution.

    I've done the typical uninstall/reinstall, but this hasn't helped.
