    Error 108 unable to play game


    My son is trying to play Robloc's and is encountering an error. I need to unlock some setting in the parental features (it doesn't specify which) to enable him to play the content.

    Message is - "Your Xbox account is currently not permitted to play user generated content. Error code:108"

    I've gone through the various parental settings and I can't see anything that would be linked to this message and I've enabled what I think should be more than enough settings.

    i am trying to play roblox and use custom map on halo but i dont know what setting to change i have went through every setting and cant fin a way to fix error 108

    Can’t change custom gamer picture

    My account is an adult account and I still can’t change my gamer picture to a custom one because it says “You must be an adult account”. Also, my account is 108 years old. I just want to have a custom gamer picture on my account but I am unable to have one.

    Its every day/night there is a server issue. Its amazing how unhelpful xbox and microsoft are and how unwilling they are to refund us for a game that even SDS acknowledges is unstable. The game is unplayable. $108 to look at an error message??

    This error is caused by Privacy settings.

    You more than likely have them set to Block or Friends.

    This needs to be changed to ALLOW, depending on the game depends on which ones need to be set.
