How do I repair error 102?

credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

 

Any one heard about Error code E25 ?

I am getting the same message trying to play Microsoft Solitaire collection. Have tried restarting and reloading to no avail. All other games work too.

Simplest answer is that you cannot solve the problem from your end. The problem is caused while attempting to download game data and is not at your end. Give it time and the problem will be solved. In the meantime, play offline.

 

You cannot play offline either as it still errors "loading your data from the cloud" giving error code 121003.

 

I have just recently got error 102 trying to play MS solitaire on my Galaxy 9. I was playing MS Ultimate Word Games on windows 10 desktop and kept getting cannot download data from cloud. Would appreciate if we could get an update on what the status is.

Trying to play microsoft solitaire collection. Keep getting an error code that isn't found. Says I'm not connected. I have done every troubleshooting and restarted my computer and the game. It still won't work.

 

Seems like Microsoft is fazing out all the good games for paid games ..Not cool..I just went through the same thing with Microsoft Bingo..

 

I'd hardly say that they're phasing out these games. A temporary glitch and everyone goes into panic mode?

There's obviously a connection issue at their end. It's happened before, and it will happen again. Overall the quality of these games is excellent, and they are still free.

I had downloaded and played a free game then had trouble with my Microsoft Collection. After several other tries I finally uninstalled the game and then turned off the computer and restarted my collection then started to work.
