error 102 xbox one s

yesterday I was playing a game in which it asked me to clear my local saved data. I pressed the option and it attempted to restart the console but then when the screen comes up, it says error 105. I looked on a lot of community posts on this website and
some videos on youtube and it all suggested me to reset my console but choose the " keep my games and apps " option. so I did and after that the same thing happened again. the console turned off. then when it turned back on there was a error 102 message again.
I have tried to plug out the power cord and come back a day later. didn't work. I also have tried to hit the reset my console button again but this time choose factory reset and it hasn't solved anything. I don't have a computer to use the usb flash drive
in. Is there anything I can do?

a couple of websites but they all have different answers.

I haven't had to do a complete installation of the OS in awhile, but if I remember correctly, it's around 3.5GBs.

Infelizmente, no dia seguinte surgiu um novo erro.

Agora a mensagem é de erro 105 ou E105. Devo repetir o mesmo procedimento usado anteriormente no erro 102, para voltar a usar meu video game?
