    I got home from work and went to update both of my xbox 1 only to get and update error and when i try to follow support i end up with a E101 any thoughts? MY ps4 works just fine Internet and all

    Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool NOT WORKING

    I'm having the same issue. The system worked for about a week, now the GSoD. I've also tried both diagnostic tools to noavail. Error code 101.

    Have you tried to reset the Store with the "wsreset.exe" command?

    yes we have and still no luck. The system said I have the use of premier user until 1Jul. I am hoping I will finally be able to use it after this premier is taken off. I never asked to be a premier user.
