im running into this problem too

 

It keeps not letting me sign in

 

Are you receiving any sort of error code when this happens?

 

I have tried everything shortnof wiping the entire console. It wont let me sign in and there is no message or error code showing up. What do I do?

  Please could you try the following;
  
  Clear MAC address
  
  1.)Open Settings on the Xbox One.
  
  2.) In the Console section select Network.
  
  3.)Select Advanced settings.
  
  4.) Select Alternate MAC address.
  
  5.) Select clear
  
  You will have to restart the console for the change to take effect.

In my case, I resolved this problem by clearing up dns history:

1. Type in "cmd" to the search right next to the Windows start button;

2. When the DOS window pops up, type in the followings in the given order:

a) ipconfig /flushdns, then press enter key

b) ipconfig /release, then press enter key

c) ipconfig /renew, then press enter key

3. Restart your computer!

This solved the problem in my case and my maching runs on Windows 10, Version 1809, Build 17763.1 which I believe is the recent most.

The only issue is that I'm only able to play in offline mode now, any idea why that is?
