same problem here. Impossible to connect from my account on windows 10 1809

 

Somethink worked somewhere! Thanks for your help done 3 things! Not sure what one it was tho , 1, rest mac address 2, ask on forum for help and 3. rest router one done it hope this helps other's too

  Found this online and it worked for me.
  
  Clear MAC address
  
  1.)Open Settings on the Xbox One.
  
  2.) In the Console section select Network.
  
  3.)Select Advanced settings.
  
  4.) Select Alternate MAC address.
  
  5.) Select clear
  
  You will have to restart the console for the change to take effect.
