    Can't install jigsaw or solitaire. Gone thru same procedures as in previous discussions.

    I have been having the exact same problem. Determined today to take the time to contact someone, somewhere and solve it. After much frustration I am now able to play my games. It seems to have something to do with the store. I was able to sign to the
    store online and I checked my profile, went in to edit my payment info by clicking edit and then just accepting what it already had as I had no real update. Then I went into my account online and found my purchases, games, etc. I then was able to download
    my games from online. Once I got that done, I closed the browser and went back to windows start menu and was able to play my games. Oh, I also downloaded the "google chrome" browser and used it to sign in to the store online. So, I believe that it either
    has something to do with the store, the browser, or maybe Windows 8.1 since all of the problem messages seem to be coming from folks running 8.1. I just hope and pray that it keeps working because I called Microsoft and they were not able to help me. "Go

    Me too, same error code with my (pc windows 8.1) xbox games Mahjong, Solitaire, and Castle Siege. I've tried so many things.... it really sucks.
