    Just tried Movies and tv apps on Xbox Series X with the supplied cable. All of my library receives this error, i have tried the following:

    Recycling power

    Uninstalling/reinstalling app

    Switching video settings on

    Verified my tv is currently up to date with latest drivers

    I need some guidance to correct this issue.

    Same problem, Vudu won't play any movies either, never had a problem on the One S. Google shows this problem going back years.

    Same problem, just bought a movie and I cant even watch it. Doesn't seem like they even care, never using Microsoft again such a shame I want my money back
