    Never had an issue with the movies and tv app on xbox one X, but now any video I play I get "Can't play Make sure your TV or monitor is connected and turned on. Also, it must be compatible with HDCP." I've been watching alot of movies and tv over the past
    week using the app and now its unusable. I've tried switching HDMI ports, power cycling the xbox, resetting the xbox completely, uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Nothing has worked, oh but if I want to watch a trailer it plays beautifully....

    Hi, please write to the app hub in question for suggestions and improvements of the app, is not updated by a bell while the app film and tv ... wait for it to unlock the situation shortly. Maybe it will come out updates to resolve

    Same problem, Vudu won't play any movies either, never had a problem on the One S. Google shows this problem going back years.

    Same problem, just bought a movie and I cant even watch it. Doesn't seem like they even care, never using Microsoft again such a shame I want my money back
