    Hi, could you help me with this please? I am allowed to play a video for some minutes but when I least expected it stopped playing, it could be within 10,12,15 minutes since I started playing the video (always a random time).The message that appears in spanish
    when it stopped playing is similar to this: "Reproducing is not possible.If the problem still goes on, visit www.xbox.com/support for help" and below the code 0xc00d36cb".I can´t find anyone to contact in that link
    and every time I play a video this error keeps appearing.Could someone tell me how to solve this? Thanks

    Credentials error

    credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

    Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

    Also is this any video you try to play or are you trying to play a video from an app?

    Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
    loading screen when you power it back up.
