    Error 0xc00d001a on Help:Xbox One how-to video


    While checking the Xbox One how-to videos, I stumbled upon an error code of 0xc00d001a while trying to access the "Record Game Clips" video.

    From the Xbox One home screen, I clicked "Have a question? Visit Help for answers.", then "Watch how-to videos", then "Next" and tried "Record Game Clips". The video wouldn't begin, instead saying Something went wrong, displaying the error code of 0xc00d001a.

    I have no problem viewing any other how-to videos on there, it's just that 1 video which gives the error message.

    i bought blow on the one video app and it won't play.. says "0xc00d001a item missing" how do i get it to play. xbox already charged me for it??

    Can't find error code on website.

    I was in the help section of the Xbox One S. I went to watch a video on capturing clips to post. Then this error code pops up 0xc00d001a. Does anyone know what it is? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. I have console connected by Ethernet cable. I
    have an external hard drive 4TB.

    That depends, is it one game/app that has the error or multiple games/apps. If it's one then try the steps here: http://support.xbox.com/en-CA/xbox-one/errors/error-code-8027025a

    Alternatively, there are YouTube videos that have other methods of fixing this error code because of the many ways this error happens. Simply search: xbox one error code 0x8027025a. Videos with possible fixes to this should pop up.

    If the problem is like what I described in the previous posts, then I have no idea. I gave up entirely after trying the majority of the methods. Now, I just wait until the games are playable.
