    Hello there

    I recently bought a new single player game and it doesn't install with the error 0x8b050066. This is the third game with that happens. I don't have Internet for the console nor I will have, for that reason I buy physical games.

    I have restarted the console and I have done everything the technical service says.

    Can only be installed the game with Internet?

    Hi Diplex ,

    Firstly try to reboot your console and try again. Ensure no games are running and nothing in the background such as Apps or Tv.

    That code normally shoes for a failed update. Try resetting your network connections to the internet and give it another go.

    If still no luck best get onto Microsoft support .
