    Troubleshooting steps performed:

    >Restart XBOX

    >Network Settings > Advance Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear

    > Ensure that the console is set as online so that way you game disc will sync > Test the disc > if nothing pops up

    > Performed Reset Console ; Keep games and apps

    > Once everything is back on after you do Reset Console, try to re-insert the disc and a message will automatically pops up "Update the game" Hit Yes, then check the QUEUE it will be part of installation.

    Then wait for the installation until it completes.

    Firstly try to reboot your console and try again. Ensure no games are running and nothing in the background such as Apps or Tv.

    That code normally shoes for a failed update. Try resetting your network connections to the internet and give it another go.

    If still no luck best get onto Microsoft support .
