Error 0x8923101C on Xbox App

I keep getting the 0x8923101C on Xbox One WIN 10 App when I try to join a party. Is there anything I can do?

Error Code is 0x8923101C btw

Ihave the same error, I can not start your own party, nor can I join a party

Error Code: 0x8923101C. I have called the Xbox Support help line and did everything that theyou said and nothing. Please release an update to fix my account.

 

If you joined a Party in console you will need to leave that party firs before joining a party in the app.

I am also having this problem with my Xbox One. I tried restarting the Xbox, a hard reset, I even turned off the power to my console, and that didn't even fix it.

From what I recall, it occurred without warning while I was in a party with a friend while playing "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" and I couldn't get back onto the party afterwards. I thought it was an Xbox LIVE glitch but this wasn't happening to my friends.
However, the party feature on my Xbox One PC app worked without any problems.

If anyone has idea on how to fix it, please let me know.

 

Hi Post, I have observed this issue being reported and it has already been presented to the developers for further investigation. At this time there is no solid tips other than what other users are trying. What would be of great help is if you could report
this issue by using the "Report a problem" in the Xbox App (Beta). This will generate a report with help data for the developers to help with any investigation.

I'm also having this issue, it says that me and my friend (Johnschicken21) are in a party when on my windows 10 laptop I don't even have the xbox app open and on my xbox one console it says "You are unble to join a party because you are already in one somewhere
else." (0x8923101C) when I have no othere device that's in a party.
