    when it installing up to 63% then it stop then it came up with a error code 0x87E00064

    Have you tried doing a hard reset? Any time I run into weird issues a hard reset always seems to fix the problem.

    I had the same, NBA 2k15 stopped at 4%, I reseted my router, console AND plugged console out for a minute. Afterwards it went on, but installation took like whole night, about 10 hours.
