    Hello

    I recently got a brand new Xbox One X and I have been playing a variety of games on it - I bought Assassin’s Creed Unity on Saturday 13th of June.

    I have had a problem installing it - since it is digital there is no disc to install offline, and I don’t want to pay for another copy. I have tried to instal it 19 times now, I have trawled through every other support ticket, and it always fails at 1.2%

    I have tried:

    - rebooting router

    - changing from wired to wireless connection

    - clearing alternate MAC

    - turning console offline through settings and online

    - power cycling

    - factory reset (thrice)

    - installing other games (works fine)

    - installing it onto an external drive

    - installing it onto the internal space

    - accessing it through the microsoft store

    - turning off autoupdate games and apps before beginning download after a factory reset

    I am at my wits end and I would love any advice!

    My Xbox One X has worked well up until this point.
