Error 0x87E00005 help please

I have tried shutdown, restart, soft restart but still cannot download any games as installation keeps stopping, I fear I will not be able go get fornite update. Xbox virtual bot not helping. Hope someone has an idea, thanks

Are you using wireless or ethernet? in case of wireless, I suggest you, as additional step, to try an ethernet connection because is more stable, maybe a simple cable fix your issue.

First, you need to
power cycle the Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console until it shuts down and then remove the power cord from the console and the power outlet. Leave the console unplugged for 5 minutes and then try again.

If you cannot install a game, try out a
soft factory reset, where you reset and keep games and apps installed. Accounts on the console will be removed and you will need to re-connect to your network during the setup. Make sure you have your account's login information so you can sign
back in during the set-up.

Once you try those two steps and the issue remains, then go into your network settings and run a detailed network statistics test and post the results here.

Doubling up on what XBF Diego says. You covered the power steps of the troubleshooting, but this error is also related to network issues as well.
