Error 0x87de2727

So today I was playing as usual, then all suddenly my game closed (SMITE), and I received an error message asking me if this was my principal console. It gave me a short guide to set this (mine) console as my principal and the error code (0x87de2727).

I went to options and "my principal console", but the only thing there was a button saying "This is not my principal console". I concluded myself there was nothing I could do.

For some patch reason, some weeks ago I changed my console language (and automatically my location) to English (SMITE had a bug with the tanslations), yesterday I changed it back to Portuguese and the location came back to Brazil. May this had provoked the
error?

Until now, this thing is happening only with this unique game. The others are fine. But this is the game I spent most money and effort, so it would be very bad if I lost it. The direct contact support (by telephone) here in my country is closed due to some
reason (vacation, maybe), so this is the first time I'm using the forum for support.

Live core service issues

I keep getting error code 0x87de2727 when i try to use my apps and 0x83750009 on digital games whats going on?

I get this error when I try to connect to xbox live through the xbox one. my connection is fine (so the machine says). So not quite sure how to solve the problem.

Me too... I contacted support and they said that they are doing maintenance and it will take 2-4 hours from now

 

I'm done with xbox one. This was the last straw. My membership expires and i'll be trading this console in for a playstation 4.

 

IM having the same issue today.. fix it please... it seems like they haven't done anything if it been a issue for a while.

 

Doom wouldn't recommend getting a ps4 had one and when all that hacking on the xbox live and psn was going down I had my info stolen so I personally would rather wait though some hard times cause they have to maintain and monitor what like we'll just say
500 million accounts and that # is alot higher for all the consoles and stuff then get a console that has already been comprised once In the past

 

Has this been resolved? I really want to play Dying Light......
