Error 0x87de2714 - Not opening Applications

I am reporting this issue for a friend (Xbox live account 'SHAH806').

The issue is whenever we try to start any applications (youtube, plex, reddx, Ea access) the error code pops up after about 30 seconds (Pandora and Uplay
work but that's all the apps he has).



Initially we tried to delete the app and re-install it but the install
fails at 100% we also tried to: Hard power cycle, deleting the user account and finding it again, and we ensured that we were logged in. Is there anything else that we can do?

Side note: their internet provider seems to be 'low balling' them with internet speeds which may be the issue but i don't know. (3.67Mbps)

I can report the same issue.

 

Also having this issue. It comes so frequently it's annoying as heck. On the same TV, I have a 360. The only real way to resolve this is to use my 360. Total BS.... It is always Hulu and Netflix... the rest of my stuff will run...

 

Can't play any EA access games.

 

I can't play my installed games or apps but I can still see my friends and open xbox video. Checked my connection and everything's good. Need some help here.

I'm having the same problems. I was right at the end of a show on Hulu about an hour ago and it quit the app. I then tried reopening and that didn't work. Turned the Xbox One completely off and back on and still nothing. So I tried Netflix and got the same
treatment. I went to my friends app and it quit on me the first time as well but it seems to be working fine now while my other apps are still receiving the 0x87de2714 error code. Please help!
