Error 0x87DD0013 ,, can't log into Xbox live app

Hi,

every time I try to log into the Xbox app on windows 10 it gives this code error: 0x87DD0013.

this error appears in both of my computer, I have also tried every single solution on the internet (Including the ones in this forum) and nothing appears to be working,, please help me as soon as possible since I need to log into Xbox live to play the games

Error Code when trying to log in

Different code but same problem. Can log into Xbox.com fine but can't log into Xbox One, Windows 10 Xbox app, or the Mobile app. Keeps asking for password over and over and over...

Error code 0x80048820

 

Enforcement info

As far as I know that is not a notice of enforcement. This is the support page on that error code

If there was enforcement on the account it would be listed on enforcement.xbox.com. You would need to log into that site with the parent account to view the enforcement for a child account and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not
go into great detail on the incident that lead to the enforcement action.

unfortunately I have already declared that I tried every single solution on the internet including the ones in the article you provided. I have even improvised and uninstalled the Xbox app off my computer and reinstalled and it is still showing the same
error, I have changed networks ( In case it was a problem with some ports or firewall) but that as well didn't work, A last thing to mention is that I have this problem on the Xbox app on both my Surface Pro 3 and my Desktop PC so it looks more that the problem
is on the Microsoft side not mine.

uh also I can successfully login into my account on the internet site and it doesn't seem like something is off.

thanks in advance, and I wish you will help me sooner because the resources about this exact error is so rare or nothing at all. and I have depleted all of them!!

 

Thanks for trying the tips. I have observed error 0x87DD0013 being associated more with party chat issues but not with sign-in so this is truly odd behavior. I will call this out to the developers and request an investigation. If they have further questions
we will contact you.

hey thanks for the follow-up in such short time, hmmm that's what I expected after so many searches on the internet.

I really wish that you guys will find a fix for this issue, because I have been craving for some minecraft for a while now and I cannot play because of this issue I even had plans to try some of the Xbox One recently released titles in windows store but
now they're all canceled after facing this problem for so long time.!

 

Hi MDH, Sign in issues like these are often difficult because if you can't log in, your more than likely not able to report this issue so logs are included to help. If for some luck you are able to report this via the Xbox App (Beta) using the "report a
problem" it will greatly help with the investigation.

Where would I find that button?? I can't even pass the first pop-up login screen :\

 

Hi MDH, Like I mentioned you may not even be able to access it given your not able to sign in, but no harm in trying. The "Report a problem" is only available using the Xbox App (Beta). You can DL the beta version by going to the store on your PC and search
for "Xbox App Beta". In the app you will see a happy icon on the left NAV bar, just click on that to see the feature.

yeah I was talking about both, even the beta app has the same issue, so apparently I won't be able to reach that feature,, is there any other way that I could track with what the app is doing?

Are there any updates as to a solution to this? I've been experiencing the same error across Windows 10 games and apps (excluding the Windows 10 Store).
