    I have the same issue. But when I try to log onto my Xbox Live account on my computer all is says is

    "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    It appears you've found a glitch in the system."

    Great! Thanks XBOX! Now what the hell am i supposed to do?

    So I check my network connection and it tells me I am connected to the internet. Yet none of my apps are working and it says I need to connect to Live to view them. Then it signs me out. And I try again and it tells me " There was a problem: We couldn't
    sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing into account.live.com. Sign in: 0x87DD000F" This have been happening for hours. I just want to freaking play!! This is beyond stupid. How is it xb/ms have all this money all this tech
