Error 0x87DD0005

Can't log in, error no account found. This is the same for two of Microsoft Causal Games, Mahjong and Ultimate Word Games. I have playing these games for 2 years now. I have deleted the app for both of the games, then downloaded them twice. Nothing changes.
Help!

Can't Access MS Ultimate Word Games

I'm having the same issue...I get error code 0x87DD0005, but when I attempt to look up the code I get the message:

Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x87DD0005
