    Error 0x87DD0005: Playing in the Xbox Live on Windows 10


    I bought the Ori and the Blind Forest game and I've been playing it on my notebook for a few months. I have been trying to play since last Friday but the error described below appears at the time the game tries to connect to xbox live:

    Could not sign in to Xbox Live.

    You can not sign in to Xbox Live now. Try again later. If this does not work, we have some ideas that can help solve the problem.

    To play I log in to the Xbox app on Windows with my login, and the game appears in my list.

    I have already followed the instructions suggested by Microsoft but the error persists. Please, can you help me? Thanks in advance!

    try restart the machine and reset you're router if the problem persist try install again the game or app

    In the Xbox App on your notebook, can you go to the Settings page, and then Network tab at the top and see if there are any errors listed there? Problems that might cause this issue?

    I would also ask that you see if you can play other Xbox Live enabled games, such as any of the Microsoft Casual Games like Microsoft Bingo, or Microsoft Mahjong, or Microsoft Solitaire Collection which are free, and it can let us know if it's an app issue
    or profile issue that we need to troubleshoot.

    Regarding the test playing other games: I can play Recore (and it does authenticate on Xbox Live). Why can not Ori?

    I reestarted the notebook and the the router but didn't work.I uninstalled the game and installed again, it also did not work.
    I uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox application through Windows Power Shell (following some tutorials I found on the internet) and it also did not work. :(
