How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console. If it continues to act unusually you may want to try a Soft Factory Reset:

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One (Make sure you select the Keep My Games & Apps option to avoid lengthy downloads). When you do any kind of Factory Reset you must know you're Microsoft Account
Email and Password to recover your gamertag afterwards.
