    Evening people,

    I'm getting error 0x87c40011 when trying to view Halo's achievements. I noticed this when I was expecting to get one but the notification didn't appear.

    Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

    even though I get the achievements in their respective games. I get an error message 0x87c40011. However, the error doesn't exist when I enter it the xbox/support page.

    And that seems to be only one of the many issues I am having with the service.

    Anyone else having similar problems?

    Hi LANDELLS HIBS,

    Sorry you're having issues with your achievements, and thank you for that error code! Helps a ton Error 0x87c40011 :) It looks like that error is associate with there being a problem on the back end of Xbox Live, or it could be a problem with the Achievement app itself.
    But it does look like all your achievements are safe! Looking at the status page there is no bulletin about achievements having issues. Try doing a hard reset on your console. To do this with the Xbox on, hold the power button down for about 5 seconds (the
    console will quickly turn off). After that turn the console back on and expect a longer boot time. Then test your achievements and see if they're working.

    Post back and let us know if this does or does not resolve your issue!
