Getting Error code 0x87c40011, Achievements aren't unlocking and pin to home does not work, have done a reset and un plugged power supply, still having same problem

Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

even though I get the achievements in their respective games. I get an error message 0x87c40011. However, the error doesn't exist when I enter it the xbox/support page.

And that seems to be only one of the many issues I am having with the service.

Anyone else having similar problems?

 

All you have to do is change your background art to a solid color in the My Xbox tab in the settings, then try opening your achievement app. it should work.

it is on solid color, never changed it. verified setting and retried still getting error

 

What about power cycling your console:

Turn it off, unplug all your cords, wait 30 seconds or so, plug them back in, and turn it back on?

trying to troubleshoot, is a week old, no settings have been tweaked, only games downloaded and installed, no problems up to 3 days ago, achievements not showing up or achievement list and achievements stopped unlocking on game (AC UNITY). I have reset from
power button and from settings, unplugged all from unit let set and restarted. Pin to home is now operational but achievements still is not

 

I understand your frustration but please try to remain patient. If you think about it Microsoft does have a lot of bugs to fix already. Others with the same problem as yours said it didnt say that they unlocked the achievements and such but it popped up
in the next day or so. Have hope please.

 

OK, I have exhausted user error options, I will wait a few days and see if there is an update.

I'm in the same boat. Can't even check my Achievements from Xbox.com, no Achievements unlocking or anything. Been like this for at least a week. I've power cycled, hard reset, changed colors, all the "home remedies" i've found and none of it works.

 

Weird, I wish i could help further but i seem to lack information. By the way Ric, nice gamerscore!

same, Cant check achievements from anywhere, this is what I got at xbox.com on my PC
