ERROR 0x87c40011

I've been getting this error since I moved. For background, I have Brighthouse and I'm using their new Arris TG 1672 gateway. My connection to the Xbox has always been wired

When I put the gateway into bridge mode, the error does not appear and achievements instantly appear. I noticed that I've also been having a problem finding friends from the Friends App even though my network setting show that my NAT Type is Open. App shows
Getting friends for about 20 seconds then "We can't show your friends right now"

Using the DMZ for my Xbox's IP restores limited functionality for friends but I'm still getting the 0x87c40011 error code when I have the gateway routed with NAT and when I attempt to access the achievements app from the home page

 

4 months of this garbage and we still dont get a fix or feedback from any tech support other than same typical "do a hard reset / reset your modem for 30 seconds" reponse that microsoft seems to think will fix everything. the console has been having these
types of ball-busting issues for over a year now with very little progess made for fixing them and im getting sick of it. if it wasnt too late to send my console back i would have done so long ago and got a playstation.

 

This error code pops up when I try to view my achievements on the Xbox One app.

 

getting the same code here, seems you just cant get this system to work properly. problem after problem but so long as you get our money why would you even give a toss!

 

Same here. Started this morning (UK) for me. No official word anywhere as of yet and service alert says everything is up and running. Very frustrating.

 

Having this problem now too. I also can't see my achievements in xbox.com either.

 

Also getting this since Thursday night around 10:30 PM CST when trying to access Achievements app.

 

Got this since today.Hope Microsoft can fix it soon.

Sorry to hear about the achievement issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. If you haven't already try the following steps:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and check to see if you are able to view achievements in the Achievements app.
