    I get this error too quite frequently. It's rather ridiculous that the achievements browser works better on the 360 than it does on XB1. Way to fix what wasn't broken MS. Should've left it as part of the OS instead of a separate "app".

    ERROR 0x87c40011

    Just got the same error. Seems to appear when trying to view achievements in full screen. It was never an issue until my achievements list started snapping to a side window.

    Same here got the error 3 times.. Even quit achievements so it could load freshly still got it.

    Same as others on here, getting this error code when trying use the achievements app. I've tried quitting the app and reloading it be no success.

    Two more Gaucamelee achievements have failed to pop and now I cant even check them as I get an error when trying to view achievements.

    I keep getting this error as well. This is already the second xbox 1 I've had to get and Brand New out of the box games crashing and error codes left and right.

    I did the 5 second hard reboot and let me into the achievements tile. Where it shows that I have at least one achievement 100% complete, but it is still locked. Then when I tried to open it again, I got the error code again. I tried 3 more hard reboots,
    but could not reopen my achievements tile or snap it open. Could not access them using smart glass, took a long time to load and message in each category saying there was a problem.

    Yep been getting this message all day. "Something went wrong" 0x8740011 Microsoft is completely down these past couple of hours.

    Can't see achievements. Achievements won't unlock like Max Curse of the Brotherhood. Go figure I go for the last 3 achievements I need that are hard to do without dying. I'm afraid to play anything else.

    Sucks I just got the one a couple weeks ago. Had multiple achievements not unlocking bugging up glitching. Now I get this stuff. Please fix yo stuff MS. D: I feel like $400+ wasted.

    Seems like the snap and you guys updating is making it worse. 360 also crapped out from DLC Downloads. Was on the phone for 2 HOURS with 2 DIFFERENT ppl who said the same thing I already did. Finally fixed it after deleting everything by hard reset. Worked
    out. But I had to figure it out myself lol
