ERROR 0x87c40011

I just received this error when getting achievement and holding the home button to check what it was when it popped up.

gamecomparing not working either on console and on website

Still the same problem going on

Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

even though I get the achievements in their respective games. I get an error message 0x87c40011. However, the error doesn't exist when I enter it the xbox/support page.

And that seems to be only one of the many issues I am having with the service.

Anyone else having similar problems?

same here anyone have an idea as to why. as of 6:21pm central time xbox core services are down if this might have anything to do with it

 

Same here. I'm playing through sniper elite 3 and tried snapping achievements, then I got this error code 0x87c40011. Tried opening achievements through My Games and Apps, but I get the same error code.

 

I got this error after holding down the home button to see details of an achievement I just unlocked and also when going to the achievement app via the tile

 

I've been getting this for a while... I can get to a partial achievement list while disconnected, though the D/L game achievements give me this code every time

 

Im also getting this. Just tried to look at Guacamelee achievements by opening up the app and that error came up right away. Ive tried hard restart and opening and closing the app multiple times . Guess ill try Smartglass til its sorted.

 

getting this as well. Trying to access achievements from both my pinned location and the apps folder..

Same error code. Just Beat overtime mode on dead rising 3, and I went to go check my achievements. My friend also got the same error code at the same time I did.

Sorry to hear about the error code issues. If you haven't already, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, wait 5 minutes.
  
• Power on your console and open up the achievements tile to see if you are able to view achievements without error.
