Error 0x87c40011

I'm am having the exact same issue, same error code, as well as not being able to access achievements on the site. Achievements didn't pop last night after completing MCC campaign on legendary co-op -- however my friend had no such issue -- and upon checking
for them in the app I recived the error code. I assumed it was some sort of connectivity issue that would be worked out, so I continued playing some online matchmaking. Was sad to see it hadn't been fixed this morning. Tried all the home remedies; hard reset,
changing background, deleting and redownloading profile and still nothing. Will keep this thread in mind and check back in 72 hours.

 

I'm having the same issue. Tried hard reset, unplugging the Xbox, changing the background, tile transparency and none of it worked.

I'm sincerely sorry to hear this about this error code popping up. Again, thank you all for bringing this to our attention and being super detailed in your posts.

I have went ahead and bubbled this information up to the appropriate teams and they are currently investigating it. I will definitely post back once I have more information to provide you all with.

In the meantime, I want to assure you all that if you get this error, your achievements are safe. Once the error goes away, it can take up to 72 hours before your achievements, that you earned while this error was showing, unlock for you. Some gamers
have found that it makes them appear quicker if a couple more achievements are earned.

If after 72 hours pass and you're still receiving this particular error code, please feel encouraged to post back and let us know. Thanks in advance!

 

so chatting with support now... again and apparently there is no issue. it's all in our heads. everything is fine with xbox live and we are obviously all just crazy and looking for attention. and they call this "customer service"...

86 hours later, the issue is finally resolved.

Better late than later, I guess.

 

mine is solved hope it stays that way achievements work again also think just got lucky and waited while it resolved on its own, hope that it will be better for all off you soon!

was helped by Lady Ross on support she helped and was very kind and patient very good support from her ,after the chat i waited for 1,5 hours and suddenly i logged in and it worked again.

i don't know how or why i was just glad it worked again i can finaly game again now
