Error 0x87c40011

why is miss digz always repling with the same post?

it doesn't even have a solution for us in it!

it just says keep your fingers crossed and hope it will work again pffffff

and everything you do will maybe be updated within 72 hours

yeah right srry for not beleiving you miss digzz since no one regarding this issue ever posted back that it was solved for except maybe two people and there are for sure hundreds of us who have this and others that have had it in the past, so guess i am
starting to think MS themselves don't have a solution either. we pay for this product MS!! so come on and do something!!

 

I will say there's not any end-user side solution as it's merely server side and that's why Miss diggz need to reply the same way, however, as the issue is recognized, i believe MS tech guy should spot which server got issue and fix it ASAP and let us know.

Some info worth to mention for this kind of issues.

1. Server specific, it should affect some of users only

2. Can unlock achievement offline at windows phone / 360 and the time stamp will keep once the server issue resolved (i.e. your win streak won't be affected at TA)

3. For Xbox One, coz the achievement is bind to online system, when i unlocked one yesterday at Fifa 15 (no popup), it actually marked as done, but i need to unlocked it today when the server issue resolved and the achievement will count as today instead
of yesterday

4. Problem should be on server side so the suggested method to resolve the issue seems not work anyway

 

Yeah, I had this start happening last night as well, and I know I unlocked plenty of achievements for Diablo on the Xbox One. I'm going to post here just so it gets read by them, and hope that by Tuesday night (72 hours) the issue is resolved. I will say
this is the first issue I've had with anything Xbox related since my 2 RROD 360s

 

Hi, I have the same issue. So I played on the 360 the game South park S.T.O.T yesterday.

and unlocked some achievements. they did not show up on the achievement list

example (achievents unlocked 0/50). but when i enter the achievement Tab. the achiements pictures are unlocked with the date. Then i pressed the guidebutton and went to achievements South park and pressed X to delete Game History. The achievement Tab South
park was removed but when i restarted

the 360 console the south park achievement tab was back again with the same issue. i tried to redownload me profile but it did not help to resolve the issue. today i unlocked another achievement from south park and it had the same issue. Then i Started up
the xbox one and the achievements app

gave me this errorcode 0x87c40011 . hope this gets resoveld soon.

 

just got off the phone with dutch support they don't have a clue either the guy went to his teamanager and he didn't have a solution either fact was i was the first one calling with this problem wich i thought to be strange since thi forum is getting bigger
with this problem by the hours, so here i am almost 24 hours ltr and still not working and i can still not game with my buddies yet so in other words my xbox one is collecing dust nothing more to do with it then look at it praying that the achievement app
will work again any time soon.

in the meantime i'm talking with my buddy in a party who can't play either since we both do coop games and we can't continue cos my app won;t work.

wich i was back in the days of Snes when there weren't so manny problems and where you didn't need

an online account or depending on servers etc...

guess it's back to the attic wipe off the dust of the old trustworthy machine and play on that instead in the meantime and check every once in a while if the *** app works again on the xb1

 

72+ hours later, the problem persists.

Seriously, this is annoying.

 

Still not working for me.....its literally like my achievements have been deleted from their servers...Really wish we would get some sort of update rather than a copy paste of a generic response and setting the topic to "question answered"

just checked again still not working and if i read that post from givournos i'm afraid we are not going to get a solution becuase they don't know what to do with it guess we are ***!!!

 

Im also getting this same error code. I noticed it last night while playing Rayman Legends and didn't get an achievement when I was supposed to. Tried to snap the achievement app only to find the error. I'd appreciate some sort of time frame here as I was
expecting to game on my day off but I'm afraid of my achievements that I do earn will be lost at some point.

 

All I know is if I don't get my achievements I'm gunna flip ***!!!

 

i just added another subscription for a year and now i regret it guess they won't give back my money cos i thinking off quiting xbox and stop with it cos this makes no sense and theyaren't doing anyhting about it just saw a guy who has this for 5 days
now !

that's not very positive of MS to let people wait that long

don;t have fun in gaming like this at all guess i'll find another hobby one that needs no servers or subscriptions!

 

its literally causing my games to crash now, every time i "earn" an achievement its crashes my game and causes my console to bug out. Im SSSSOOOOOO done with this. If this doesn't get solved within that bull**** 72hr mark im returning my xbox one and not
looking back. seems microsoft cant ever develop a console without it having ridiculous problems.

 

Has been broken at least 36hrs for me.
