gamecomparing not working either on console and on website

Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

even though I get the achievements in their respective games. I get an error message 0x87c40011. However, the error doesn't exist when I enter it the xbox/support page.

And that seems to be only one of the many issues I am having with the service.

Anyone else having similar problems?

Me too, apparently this issue has been one since December. Either it wasn't important enough to solve, or Microsoft just doesn't care.

 

i have it also and contacted support tried everything already and it isn't fixed and personally i think they can't even fix it without a server restart wich they will probably not do because off the million gamers who don't have his problem will have no
connection for a short time in other words we are ***!

 

well yip ti doo for the people who have this issue fixed but mine is still *** and i am so frustrated right now at MS that i'm thinking about dropping out and go to ps4 instead since spport can do nothing about this problem and people now randomly get this
issue and have there achievement app broken down and nothing MS can do about it just ridicilous that they can't give a straight anwser what this problem really is cos now i can not game anymore if i wanted to play a game just for fun i would buy a tabletop
boardgame and sit down with the family and play a card game for all the people who think i'm over reacting or whining i have just one anwser shut up cos i dedicated 4 years into this gameraccount and i pay 60 euro's for this to work every year and it gets
worser by the minute and i want to get achoevements for the fact that you get all out off a game instead of just playing it and play it once and then place it into the cupboard not touching it again. so either lose the achevements or have this app work properly

I get this error code whenever I open the Achievements app on my xbox one. I also cannot access the achievements page of the website. This issue started for me just last night.

 

if you even go online and try to check your achievements from there it glitches out. Microsoft really dropped the ball here. wondering what other bugs Microsoft has in store for us all. Maybe Ps4 is the way....

 

I find it unbelievable that MS is failing to acknowledge this issue. Xbox Live alerts haven't been updated to include this problem and although I was promised an e-mail to keep me posted about possible causes/solutions, I doubt I'll get one. Really unhappy
MS is wasting my time and money not fixing this issue...

 

As title, suddenly today just encounter this error, can't view achievement at xbox one console, xbox.com and even smartglass, achievement should be unlocked when i do the correct task but not happen. Also achievement won at windows phone not show / update.

 

Same issue here any ideas on how to fix it?

 

its not fixed, not for all of us at least. MS is still dropping the ball. Also seem to be deleting forums like this, seems they don't like people talking about a problem they cant fix. MS dropped the ball.

I'm sorry to hear about you guys receiving the error code 0x87c40011. Thank you all for posting up here, as it helps our teams better understand what you all are experiencing.

I was to assure you all that if you get this error, your achievements are safe. Once the error goes away, it can take up to 72 hours before your achievements, that you earned while this error was showing, unlock for you. Some gamers have found that it makes
them appear quicker if a couple more achievements are earned.

If after 72 hours pass and you're still receiving this particular error code, please post on back and let us know. Thanks in advance!
