    Error 0x87c40011 when I try to open the Achievements App


    Hi, I'm having a problem with Xbox One Achievements. I get error 0x87c40011 when opening the Snap Achievements App on the console. This has been happening for approx. 6 months now. Of course I've hard reset, stood on one leg, etc, etc.

    On both the xbox one and xbox 360 mobile apps I get 'something went wrong' when trying to look at the achievements for a game.

    When I launch the 'see my achievements' from the left section I can get as far as the achievements for a game, but then it becomes unresponsive.

    Any suggestions ?

    I'm getting error 0x87c40011 when trying to open the achievements app. First time happening to me.

    I'm having the same issue. I get the error code 0x87c4000d when I try to compare achievements with friends and I get the error code 0x87c40011 when I try to open the achievement app ( which won't open ). It's definitely got nothing to do with Halo MCC as

    I am also having this problem. It started this morning when I woke up. The achievement app won't open and no achievements are unlocking. Also they won't load when opening the smart glass app. This is super frustrating. I believe it's the same error code

    Same here. I'm playing through sniper elite 3 and tried snapping achievements, then I got this error code 0x87c40011. Tried opening achievements through My Games and Apps, but I get the same error code.
