Error 0x87c40011 and 0x87c47500

Hello everybody!

I'm with various problems is need help ... my achievements not unlock as I do, just in the shadow of mordor and sunset overdrive I made two difficult achievements not unlocked, I asked the same hard reset, I took and put my account on the console and not
work at all, not conformed've been playing my xbox 360 and unlocked an achievement in iron brigade, ready there that made it worse disappeared from my account 1855G I made the xbox one ... all the applications that try to see my accomplishments catch from
the smart glass and even xbox.com page, as the very xone if you do the same outdated in comparison trueachievements perceives this lack of punctuation ... Microsoft please help me .... this is happening since day one ... sorry My English ...

Xbox One achievement error. Code 0x87c40011

Yeah, I had no luck with the suggested background change fix either. Just tries to open the app fullscreen and gives the 0x87c40011 error instead of the 0x87c47500 error when using snap.
