    Hi everyone, I

    have a problem in my account I do not know for sure... but every time I

    log into my account and synchronize in battlefiel 1 an error message

    appears     with the numbers 0x838601e7 I have already searched and still

    have not found a solution If someone knows please help me!

    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
