Error: 0x838601e7 | Can't sync Data

Okay, so I have been running into this problem for several months. I've been trying to play BF4 (Been having issues with constant Data syncing crap for the last 2-3 months) and now I can't even get the game to start without having issues.

I have tried to remove my profile, hard reset and retry. Didn't work. I've factory reset 3 times, didn't work. I am honestly getting to the point of just chucking this worthless console in the closet and forgetting about it.

Any help... since Micro$oft's lovely error help page doesn't recognize this error... Getting very fed up with this crap.

this is happening to me on NBA 2K14 and i cant fix it but people are saying to delete your profile off your xbox one then redownload it.

 

with this, you might need to go into the games and apps, highlight the game you're having troubles with, press the menu button, click on manage content, click on manage all content, and uninstall all.

Try to redownload the game, and see if that does anything.

Xbox customer care might not care, but we at the forums care. have you tried uninstall the internal content and redownload your fifa game?

 

Even tried to delete the cloud saved games from everywhere?

Right guys i got this error for bf4 and when i tried to play offline the xbox one said i should go to settings and remove all my game data and download it again from the cloud when i play. when i did this my problem was fixed try this if u tried everything

 

I have problems syncing all my games and even my apps. I have deleted my profile and redownloaded it and still have issues. I bet this is not a problem on Ps4.

 

Mine wouldn't sync up when I tried to play Trials Fusion. It wouldn't sync up for several days until, all of a sudden, it synced. Not sure. I thought it was my Internet just dropping out, but after it kept continuing all day and night for several days,
there's no way it could have been the connection.

 

mine is doin the samewith all my games, will not sync ,plus ipreordered destiny and it wont install getting very bored with it anyrealhelp out there ?
