error 0x838601e7 and lost saved data

Hi everyone,

some months ago I played AC syndicate. When I was about 50% of the game, one day I switched on my xbox one and get error 0x838601e7 furthermore all my saved data seemed to vanish. I wasn't able to solve the error and I didn't found my saved, the result was
that I abandoned the game.

Now, I bought Mass Effect Andromeda, on day one, spending lot of money and I played a lot of hours. Some days ago I had the same error and, most important, all my game saved data disappeared.

Now: How can I fix the error? and most important how can I find my saved data?

Spending so much time on a game with a storyline and lost the saves is very frustrating.

To check, when you received the error message and the saves disappeared, did you start a new game and save or did you try restarting the game? If you started a new save while connected to Xbox Live it may have overwritten your previous save.

Are you connected to Xbox Live or are you disconnected from the internet?

 

Sometimes I had problem with my internet connection.

I believe this could explain problems with the cloud but not the disappear of my saved data from the fixed memory.

There isn't a way for recover saves from the cloud?

And also how can I fix the error in object? It appears whenever I start the game.

If you have saved over previous saves, there isn't a way to reverse to a previous save. So that we can take a peek into your network issues, can you share your detailed network under network settings? Thanks
