error 0x83750007 keeps showing up when switching accounts on xbox app

It says that I have it pre-installed but and when I try to uninstall it the button is not there or in the files

I dont know if this huge thing is a new cash grab

But i also arent allowed to switch accounts on the app. I am locked to one account. I also cannot download the app because microsoft will not let me log into an account on the microsoft store. Would be helpfully for a fix

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Try downloading the
Xbox Identity provider app, and then try signing in again. If you have the Xbox identity provider app already, uninstall it and then re-install it. Restart your PC afterwards.

sorry to hear. The error code indicates an error in the submission of the user account.

Therefore, I assume that the app uses a different MS account than the Windows LogIn. Both should be identical!

If this is the case and the problem occurs, check that the second account also has all XBOX services running (especially "XblAuthManager" and "XboxNetApiSvc").

And at last try this:

I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

1. Press Windows key + X, select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
2. In Command prompt type sfc/scannow and press enter.
3. Restart the computer.
