Error 0x82D40007

When I launch Halo: The Master Chief Collection I get the following message:

Error 0x82D40007 occurs when you launch a game

Sign in with the account that purchased the game or app, or, if it's a trial version that has expired, purchase the game or app from the Microsoft Store. For detailed instructions, select Help.

The "Simple" Troubleshooting:

I have tried restarting my Xbox One.

I have tried unplugging my Xbox One for over a minute and plugging it back in.

I have tried removing my account from my Xbox One and signing it back in.

I am signed in to the Microsoft account that purchased the game on my home Xbox. (This is the entire problem explained below)

Important Information:

I've already tried troubleshooting this over Xbox Support Chat & over the phone. I am bringing this issue to the forum in hopes that more eyes will see this issue and hopefully someone will know how to resolve it.

I own 1 Xbox One & that Xbox One has my 1 account on it. No other account has signed into my Xbox One.

I played the game last week on my Xbox One on my account with no other accounts on my Xbox.

I have owned the game since 2015. I have achievements I earned in 2015 on my account.

This error has never occured over the past 4 years until yesterday 2/15/19.

Currently, the license for Halo: The Master Chief Collection is not on my account.

The Impossible Situation:

It is impossible to play a digital game your account does not own the license to without someone logging onto your xbox and sharing it with you.

I've played the game on my Xbox One, with the only account signed into my Xbox One, my account. The game license had to have been on my account for 4 years.

Question:

What happened between last week and yesterday that caused the license to be removed from my account?

How do I get it back so I can continue playing the game I purchased 4 years ago?
