Got this error and i cant play my games anymore even though the acciunt im signed in on is the account that bought all my games. Dont know what to do.

Error 0x82D40003 occurs when you launch a game on Xbox One, I saw it said "If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to buy it at Microsoft Store."

Was the disc for these games inserted or was this purchased as digital content? If this was purchased digitally then make sure the correct account is signed in. If this is on a disc then make sure the disc is clean and has no scratches.

By the way, is this for the Xbox One Platform or PC?

I removed then re-add my accont but those games don't work ;__;

 

If it’s digital games youre trying to start there is a service alert that MS is looking into. Hopefully resolved soon.
