Error 0x82D40003 you launch a game on Xbox One - I have family sharing and 3 xboxes

I am receiving the error 0x82D4003 on a few of my Xbox's. I have the family sharing enabled.

Here is the scenario:

XBOX #1 - My Home Xbox

XBOX #2 - Child 1's Xbox - SEE'S THE ERROR

XBOX #3 - Child 2's Xbox - SEE'S THE ERROR

The game we are launching is Fortnight....although other's would probably have the problem.

Does anyone know the proper configuration and/or limitations with this setup?

You can only share games one console at a time, the Home console. So in order to share across 3 consoles, you would need at least 2 copies. You would set 1 of the kid's consoles as your Home so they can access your games there while you sign in and use
your games on your console. Then the 2nd kid would purchase the games on their account and use the 3rd console.
