Hello. I have not, though i'll certainly try if there's nothing else i can do. Will it actually fix my issue? I'm not thrilled with the idea of deleting and re-downloading all of my stuff for nothing.

I recommend that you try resetting your DNS address, to do this follow the instructions below.

Go to console settings>general tab>network and internet settings>advanced options>alternative mac address>tap clean. After that restart your console.

*If it doesn't work, try resetting your router or change the type of connection you are using, from wifi to ethernet, if possible, as this may be a compatibility issue with your connection as well.

*Please also try removing your account and adding it back to the console.

*Another alternative would be to use other DNS servers, for that follow the instructions below.

Press the Xbox button on your controller.

Go to Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Network Settings.

Select DNS Settings.

Select Manual and enter the following:

Primary 8.8.8.8

Secondary 8.8.4.4

If none of these options work, then perform a full factory reset, and if it still doesn't work, there may be a problem with the console.
