    Hello!

    Bought a second XBOX Series S and can't access my profile. Gives error 0x80a40401 - You are in a region where this service is not available. But on another console everything works fine. How can this be and what to do?

    sign in problem

    I did all the methods above and non of them were useful. And in the last method the same error ( 0x80a40401 ) prevented me from re-downloading my account :(

    the full error : " You appear to be in a region where this service is not available. (0x80a40401) "

    i removed my profile and when i wanted to sign in again i get this error: you appear to be in a region where this service is not available.(0x80a40401)

    this service is not available. There's no workaround for this. As part of our regular review of our exporting practices, we're adjusting our service offerings in some regions to ensure that we're compliant with government mandates.

    No idea what you are trying to do, sorry that feature seems to be unavailable in your region.
