I past more of 30 mn today with this problem, problem that temporaly happen tuesday during few hours but resolved alone. but today impossible to play. A real nightmare in Halloween day, after conversation and explanation about procedure I play 10 mn, I need
to go and when I return, same situation???

I read that happen with thousands people but what Microsoft make to us for compensate? Please not Live Gold and Game Pass because almost all people had already that, Christmas is closed and us, Xbox fans with prejudice with this situation deserve a great
game for that especially if you thinking that because this we can't download the the Battlefield Pass free during 2 days. For this reason and because the lot of us had as well the game we deserve one great game and resolve finaly this situation

Sorry for all the issues with signing in. There is currently a
Service Alert out right now for Core services. There seems to be a fix for now by removing and adding profile. There is a way can be notified when any updates to the Alert happens. 0x8a4001a
error code is usually what most will see along with a white background. Other ones are there was a problem please try again later. If you decide to remove profile and not sure how to do so here is a link for it also for power cycling console.
