error 0x80a4001a not solved

i there since yesterday wendsday i can not log in into my x boxe one (special minecraft eddtion) the log in side looks differnend.

white background and i get the error 0x80a4001a

I looked in english foren and they say delet your account and resett your x box divice.

it dosen´t!! Work!! No Working!

I Removed my account and add it aggain....2 times dosend work.

Reset my x box (only remaining my games ) and add my account. From this start the log in worked.

Shout down my x box and restart again....same problem same error code 0x80a4001a

i am realy upset i lost my minecraft game (worked over 1/2 year on it ) only my assassince creed origins gameplay is saved.

i will bring my xbox to the shop where i bought it still got garantie. lucky.

But i hope there will be an answer here.

I solved this error by removing and recovering my account here this blog where I got a solution

Many other users are having the same issue, same error code too, so the only thing I can say is it must be an issue with Xbox Live. Your only option is to wait it out, and hopefully it will be fixed. Sorry that there is nothing else you can do.

hope may bee it is on the server some how. and i will get. back. i will keep trying until tomorow. will there be any messages when it will work again or any officical answers? sorry for my english i am german.

 

It will let me log on to a alt account but not my main account and shows the issue everyone else is having

 

anning interessting i have only this account for my xbox. lets hope and read how it´s go on.

Thanks for letting us know you're having trouble signing in! Currently there is an

Xbox Service Alert out regarding signing into Xbox Live. You may need to wait a while before you can sign into your profile. If you'd like notification about when the alert is over and Xbox Live services are back up and running, feel free to click the hyperlink
above and navigate to that page. There is an option for requesting a one-time text notification to let you know when it expires.

We are in South Africa, we have been waiting for 4 hours and the error message has not changed. Can you assit or is there an update?

 

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service my only day off and I can't sign in I hope there will be compensation because I pay good money for my membership and I expect to be able to use something that I pay for.

 

I have the same problem/My kids can not play. 0x80a4001a and I can not sing in. we are desparete

 

is there a way to solve this problem, or are we going to be emailing each other with Microsoft not offering any assitance?

 

As written in the last update on the status page you may use this temporary fix to access now:

"If you are prompted for your Microsoft Account password and then receive error 0x80a4001a, do the following: Remove your Xbox account from the console and recover your account to the console. When
recovering, select either 'No Barriers' or 'Use a Passkey'."

This has been confirmed by several users. Meanwhile the tech guys are working for a solution to the problem.
