error 0x80a4001a and not access the configuration

Why aren't Xbox doing anything about it, they haven't even made an announcement, or said they're even trying to fix it. Ridiculous.

 

It worked that 1 time only then when going back to log in again it didt the same thing again. What should we do?

 

How would I delete my account of my Xbox, to delete it you need to be signed in to that account, so you couldn't delete it because the whole problem is, is that you can't sign in.

 

Its november 1st 2018 and its taking me to a white screen to verify my password, when i type it in it come up with an error code and i cant login.

Sorry for all the issues with signing in. There is currently a
Service Alert out right now for Core services. There are many posting to remove profile and install profile you can try this. Being the service alert is for signing in there are some who are unable to re-download profile after removing it. We suggest just
waiting it out keep checking the service status. There is a way can be notified when any updates to the Alert happens. 0x8a4001a error code is usually what most will see. Other ones are there was a problem please try again later.
If you decide to remove profile and not sure how to do so here is a link for it also for power cycling console.

Resolve issue

Step 1 - Go in settings - Delete your profile (Settings -> Account -> Remove profile).

Be sure you know your son's Microsoft account address and password before doing this.

Step 2 - Power cycle the console. Press and hold the power button on the face of the console for several seconds, holding it down until your console shuts itself down. Let it sit for about 30 seconds.

Step 3 - Start up the console again and add your profile back.

Press the Xbox button on the controller and go to the far left icon, and select Add Profile.

În. My case was necessary to change also my actual password.

YOU DON T LOOSE ANY GAMES OR SOMETHING FOR YOUR HISTORY.
