Error 0x80a40019 Sign in Issue

I have been signed out of my Xbox One account and removed on my console, when I try to add/create account I keep getting Error 0x80a40019 this has been ongoing. I have turned the console off and on, restarted, I did a hard reboot multiple times already. I have checked my network and it works fine, I have checked Xbox Live servers in my area, its all good. Nothing has worked for me. I can't sign into my account or add my account or any account for that matter Error 0x80a40019 just keeps coming up.

I can't play any of my games or use my xbox for any of my apps. Its rendered a useless box at the moment.

I am not a tech guru at all, quite useless at these things, is there someone out there that is a hero and can help me please? A little heartbroken because I can't do anything with my xbox and I am so frustrated.

Can someone please help me? Is there a different fix to this? I know the error is a connection/network error but like I say I have run the network test multiple times and its good. Need help please?

Hi,

Thank you for trying to assist, I followed your directions, rebooted the router and modem, unplugged the power cable. Powered off the xbox. For 2 min, restarted. After 5 min plugged in and powered up the modem and router...

And still the same error.

I have tried all the standard troubleshooting processes out there so far. The problem persists.

If that's the case, we may need to reset the console-keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly perform an extended power cycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

I currently live in Okinawa jp, and out of no where i started having issues with the game store app ie not being able to open at games in the game store. it automatically sent me to the home screen. So i tried to reset my system and it signed me
out and i cant sign back in im getting error code 0x80a40019 and ive tried everything to fix it and im getting nothing....its not fun my one day off and i cant relax and enjoy some xbox with the homies....

My xbox one keeps showing me the error code 0x80a40019 when I try to sign into my account. It has been doing this for about a day and I've tried everything. I've restart it and unplugged it.
