error 0x80a40010

Is this problem going to get resolved? i think i should at least have the right to know if microsoft is working to solve this problem. i bought your product i bought one year xbox live subscription and i should get supported somewhere if i can't log in
to my acc for 2 weeks and no solution that represented in microsoft website is not helping me.
