i cant sign into my account it keep saying " there is a temporary problem with service please try again , Error 0x80a40010

i tried hard reset i tried trouble shooting i tried removing my account and adding it again i dd all i can apart from factory reset and still nothing works , i have strict and double nat issues however those issues did not stop from playing downloading and
progressing , my ISP says its not me cause its been working quite well until last night am very frustrated

however all these issues did not stop me from accessing my account and playing games and downloading games and progressing as well , i have already done all the trouble shooting in the world , hard reset , removing account , restarting ,removing account
and keeping my games and setting up xbox from scratch NOTHING has worked

 

What type of setup do you have? Xbox wired to router connected to a modem? Or directly to modem?

Do you have access to the settings on your router/modem, or however you're connected to the internet?

Make sure Xbox Live is fully supported in your country: Xbox Live Countries | Xbox Live International

Microsoft is aware of this problem with this sign-in error in most middle-Eastern countries and are working to fix it.

If your country isn't listed here, then I am afraid there is no workaround for this.

Let's just hope this will be resolved so that unsupported countries can access the Xbox services.

 

Can you confirm the ukrainian IP adress has no access to download profile even to play offline ?

P.S. Im from supported USA, travelling Ukraine...

 

based on the posts here in the forums, most users having issues are the ones in Ukraine.

Not sure if VPN works, some said it will, but some says it wont.

There is a workaround that has been shown that others have got to work. You can try this for now till a more permanent fix 0x80a40010
